Built from four years of construction books
Before starting Precision Accounting, Megan spent four years working construction accounting from the inside — payroll cycles, subcontractor invoicing, job costing, and the lien paperwork that trips up generalists every time. She also has experience in the fields of auditing and tax, which taught her the importance of documentation and adherence to tax regulations. Communication with your accountants at the end of the year has never been easier.
Education and Certifications
Megan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Montana after earning her bachelors degree in accounting. She has experience in several accounting fields, including tax and auditing, but has spent the last four years in construction accounting. Construction companies notoriously have unique needs and challenges, and Megan loves getting to help contractors tackle these complex issues.
When Megan isn't engrossed in a spreadsheet or financial statement, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
